產(chǎn)品簡介：
Dorsomorphin（Compound C）是一種細胞滲透的AMPK抑制劑。它可以挽救AICAR和二甲雙胍的抗增殖作用。此外，dorsomorphin（Compound C）還被用作BMP通路的選擇性抑制劑。 Compound C除了能夠抑制AMPK之外，還能夠抑制其他多種激酶。 [1]
體外實驗表明，復(fù)合物C抑制AMPK活性和人腦膠質(zhì)瘤細胞的增殖。Dorsomorphin（復(fù)合物C）還減少了順鉑誘導(dǎo)的細胞凋亡，并降低了順鉑治療中c-caspase3和c-PARP的表達。
動物實驗表明，化合物C可以減輕小鼠因順鉑引起的腎毒性，并且緩解了順鉑在腎臟組織中引起的c-caspase 3和c-PARP。[1][2]
