MagniSort? Human CD56 Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計用于通過陽性選擇實現(xiàn) CD56+ 細胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗人 CD56 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從人正常外周血單核細胞中分離 CD56+ 細胞。CD56+ 細胞會與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁力架中，非目標細胞可通過傾析從 CD56+ 細胞中分離出來。

陽性選擇后，可利用抗人 CD56 抗體（克隆號 CMSSB）染色來驗證選定細胞的純度。
