MagniSort? Human Pan-Monocyte Enrichment Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用于通過陰性選擇對(duì)常規(guī) CD14+ 和非常規(guī) CD16+CD14- 單核細(xì)胞進(jìn)行磁性分離。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗體混合物和鏈霉素親和素包被的磁珠從正常人外周血單核細(xì)胞中分離人類泛單核細(xì)胞。非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞（包括 CD16+ NK 細(xì)胞）將由抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠，將其放入磁力架中，溶液中會(huì)留下未接觸的游離單核細(xì)胞。

MagniSort? 人泛單核細(xì)胞富集抗體混合物含有以下抗體：
