長(zhǎng)春瑞濱是一種抗有絲分裂劑，其以1.25 nM的IC50抑制Hela細(xì)胞的增殖。 長(zhǎng)春瑞濱(0.5-5 nM)在1.25 nM的濃度下抑制細(xì)胞增殖50% (IC50)。在8 nM長(zhǎng)春瑞濱濃度下，沒有細(xì)胞處于后期[1]。長(zhǎng)春瑞濱時(shí)間依賴性誘導(dǎo)雄激素依賴型(AD)和非依賴型(AI)前列腺癌細(xì)胞系中p53和p21WAFI/CIP1的表達(dá)。長(zhǎng)春瑞濱以濃度依賴的方式刺激報(bào)告基因[2]。 長(zhǎng)春瑞濱治療后，第一次(4只狗)、第二次(1只)或第六次(1只)長(zhǎng)春瑞濱治療后出現(xiàn)第一次中性粒細(xì)胞減少癥[3]。攜帶腫瘤的貓每周一次耐受長(zhǎng)春瑞濱，MTD為11.5 mg/m2[4]。
