Hh-Ag1.5 (SAg1.5) 是一種有效的 Hedgehog (Hh) 激動劑，EC50 為 1 nM。Hh-Ag1.5 介導的重編程打破了非損傷肝臟干細胞的靜止狀態(tài)，從而挽救了肝衰竭。
HhAg1.5 (5微米；3周)促進從體外非損傷肝臟富集的靜止CD133+ CD45-肝干細胞(Hh3A細胞)的顯著擴增[2]。Hh-Ag1.5完全與含Smo的膜結合，Ki值為0.52 nM[3]。Smo激動劑SAG-1.5顯示出納摩爾量級的Gli反應性報道活性的效力刺激，EC50為7 nM[4]。
