    Cyclopamine 是Hedgehog通路的拮抗劑,細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)中IC50=46 nM。它還是選擇性Smo抑制劑。

環(huán)巴胺的EC50是10.57微米,這是通過(guò)FXR-bla(法尼基X受體-β-內(nèi)酰胺酶)分析確定的[3]。 Hh信號(hào)通路在胚胎發(fā)育和腫瘤發(fā)生中起著關(guān)鍵作用[4]。Hh信號(hào)通路在廣泛的人類(lèi)組織中顯示出調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞增殖和分化的顯著性。它與許多人類(lèi)惡性腫瘤中的異常細(xì)胞存活有關(guān),從基底細(xì)胞癌和髓母細(xì)胞瘤到小細(xì)胞肺、胃腸道、乳腺和前列腺腫瘤[1]。
